MALLLOVA processes account and service data to provide price monitoring, notifications, and billing. We collect only the information required to operate the service and keep it protected.

• Usage data: monitored URLs, product labels, snapshots, and notification logs.
• Billing metadata from Stripe (no raw card data is stored on MALLLOVA servers).
• Operational logs: request metadata and security-related events.

• Provide and improve monitoring and alerting features.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions and support requests.
• Prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.

3. Data Retention

Price history is retained for up to 30 days in standard workflows. Account and billing records may be retained as required for legal, tax, and security obligations.
